Our cuisine is made from fresh quality products and from local organic agriculture. We offer a light and refined cuisine, for a gourmet meal. It's an instinct cuisine, mixing tastes, textures and colors. Flavours, spices and subtil fragrances blend in the meals concocted by the Chef. Cream soup with fresh asparagus with parmeggiano or Piece of lamb with lavender honey, are some of the specialities of the Chef.
When the Chef is not cooking fruits and vegetable from its kitchen garden, he works with local organic producers. We only choose authentic and quality products which are the reflect of Provencal culinary heritage. Alexandra Fredon, will serve you, taking time to explain each meal, and to share with you its vision of art to receive in Provence !
Continental and full English breakfast is included and served in the stylish dining room filled with natural light or outside in the terrace whenever weather permits. The lounge bar and the living room welcome you all day long, for breakfast, snack, tea, drinks or supper. Admiring the outstanding fireplace during winter evenings or enjoying the sun shine in the outside garden during the summer season.
